These terms govern use of the Wapimate platform, operated by Bharat Innovations, a proprietorship registered in Sikar, Rajasthan, India (GSTIN 08BHEPN5459G1Z2) (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
Wapimate provides software to send and receive WhatsApp messages via Meta's Cloud API and to connect Shopify stores. Meta's conversation fees are billed by Meta directly to your Meta account.
Your responsibilities
- Message only customers who have opted in, and follow the WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and ensure your team does the same.
- Do not use the service for spam, illegal content or to harass anyone.
Plans and payment
Plans are prepaid for monthly, quarterly or yearly periods and include the limits shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; prices are in Indian rupees. If a plan is not renewed, messaging pauses at the end of the period; your data is retained so you can resume at any time. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your data
You own your data. We process your customers' personal data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Suspension
We may suspend workspaces that breach these terms or WhatsApp policies, or that put the platform's sending reputation at risk.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
